Right of Withdrawal

1. What is the right of withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal allows the consumer to revoke the service contract without justification or penalty within the legally established period.

2. Who can exercise it?

This right applies to:

• Final consumers: Individuals who contract the service for personal, family, or household use
• In Argentina: Protected under Law 24.240 (Consumer Protection)
• Distance contracting: Services contracted online without simultaneous physical presence

Does not apply to: Business or professional users who contract the service for commercial purposes (B2B relationship).

3. Time limit to exercise the right

The consumer has 10 (ten) calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal, counted from:

• The date of acceptance of terms and service contracting, or
• The date of the first charge (whichever occurs later)

4. How to exercise the right

4.1 Withdrawal request

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

1. Send an email to contact@opstack.pro with the subject "Right of withdrawal"
2. Include in the email:
   • Your full name
   • Registration email
   • Contract date
   • Explicit statement that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal
3. No account or login is required to start the process

5.1 Acknowledgment

OpStack Pro will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours after receiving your request, including:

• Confirmation of receipt
• Unique reference code
• Estimated resolution time

5.2 Identity verification

To protect your security, we may request identity verification via:

• OTP code sent to the registered email
• Security questions

Important: Verification happens after the public form is sent. No prior login is required to initiate the process.

6. Effects of withdrawal

6.1 Full refund

If you exercised the right within the legal period:

• 100% refund of amounts paid, with no deductions or penalties
• The refund is processed to the same payment method used for the purchase
• Refund timeframe: 10 business days from withdrawal confirmation

6.2 Service access

Once withdrawal is confirmed:

• Access to the paid plan is immediately suspended
• You may keep the account on the free plan
• Your data is retained under our Privacy Policy (you may request full deletion)

7. Fees and costs

Exercising the right of withdrawal does not incur any cost to the consumer:

• No administrative fees are charged
• No commissions are retained
• Refund costs are covered by OpStack Pro
